The eNPS survey asks employees one simple question: “On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend this company’s products and services to others?

Promoters score 9-10, detractors score 0-6, and passives score 7-8. The eNPS score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters, ignoring the passives.
